You can indicate the ring size, special gift wrapping or any other request to the designer at checkout.
First, log in to your account, then visit My Boticca > Account Settings. You’ll see a section called Personal Details, with an Edit button. Click Edit, enter your preferred email address, and click Save. It is vital that you provide us with your current email address at all times as this is our primary means of contacting you with important information about your account. Please note that an email address can only be associated with one Boticca account.
This is a straightforward process if you are able to log in to your account – simply go to My Boticca > Account Settings and an option to change your password will be available.
If you cannot log in, you must reset your password from the login page. You will receive a temporary login number, which you can use to log in to the site. Then, visit My Boticca > Account Settings and change your password there.
Simply log in, visit My Boticca > Addresses, add your new address, and select the option to make that your default shipping address.
It is possible that you are mistyping your password. Make sure your CAPS LOCK or NUMBER LOCK functions are not activated on your keyboard. You can also clear your web browser's cache and cookies, or try signing in through a different web browser program. If none of these solutions solve your login problems, visit the login page and click the link to reset your password. If all fails, please email us on email@example.com and we’d be delighted to assist you.
We still may be able to help recover your account if you can prove ownership of it. In that event, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we’d be happy to help. If you have lost all information, you will need to register with a brand new account.
All you need to do is reset your password from the login page. You will receive a temporary login number, which you can use to log in to the site. Then, visit My Boticca > Account Settings and change your password there.
First check your junk mail, spam folders and current email settings to see if you can find the confirmation email. If you still can’t find it, simply click the link on the login page to resend the email. If that still does not work, please contact us immediately at email@example.com and we’ll help.
There are four steps to take: First, make sure the email address we have for you is current – if it is not a current email address, we can't get in touch with you. Second, check your junk/spam email folder. Third, add Boticca’s email address to your address book, thereby ensuring our emails aren't diverted to your junk/spam. The emails to add to your address book are firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com. Finally, if none of the previous actions help you recover the missing communications from us, contact firstname.lastname@example.org for help.
There are a number of ways you can search for a piece until you find exactly what you're looking for. You can start by going to our homepage, looking to the menu at the top of the page, and clicking “browse.” From there, select the category you want to browse. Use additional filters such as price, color, material, and more to refine your selection. Once you’re on the browse page, if you’d like to see everything, simply click “clear all.”
Alternatively, if you know exactly what you want, simply look to the menu at the top of the homepage and click the magnifying glass icon to open the search box. Type the designer’s name or product name and hit the “enter” key to search.
Once you have found what you want, click “add to cart,” and when you're done shopping, follow the onscreen instructions to fill in your payment and delivery details. Easy!

The shopping cart conveniently allows you to select your purchases in one place and speeds up the checkout process. To add items, simply click the orange “Add to Cart” button on the item page. You can remove items and edit the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the logo at the top-left of your screen, which looks like a shopping cart. If it has an item, it will be in orange.
When you have finished selecting your new items, click the checkout button and follow the instructions. If you are in the mood for window-shopping, save items to your wish list so you can easily find them again. You can find your wish list through the My Boticca section of the site, which can be accessed through the person icon at the top right of every page. Click the icon and follow the instructions to find your wish list.
The items that you add to your cart are not set aside for you until you go through the checkout process. The vast majority of our products are rare or one-of-a-kind items from independent designers and are likely to sell out fast. Don’t leave items in your cart for too long!
It is also possible (although extremely unlikely) that the designer deleted or edited the item listing before you completed your purchase. The designer may well relist the item, in which case you merely need to re-add it to your shopping cart when it becomes available. If you are left disappointed by missing out on a unique item, you can contact the designer directly to see if he or she can recreate the item just for you.
You do not need to have an account to buy on Boticca. However, we recommend you create an account in order to track your sales records, communicate with the designers, and participate in Boticca’s community. Boticca works by directly connecting buyers and designers together, so you purchase items directly from each designer. If you have any questions about specific items, you are welcome to contact each designer directly using the “contact designer” button on each designer’s page.
You can pay using U.S. dollars (USD), U.K. pound sterling (GBP), euro (EUR) or Australian dollars (AUD). Select your preferred currency from the list in the top right corner of the page, and all prices will be displayed in that currency.

The overwhelming majority of our designers ship to any destination in the world (where legally permissible in their country of origin). In fact, the majority of our sales are intercontinental so no matter where you are, it’s safe to assume that our designers can ship to you. If a designer doesn’t ship to your country, it will be made clear to you.
Our shipping partners at DHL can ship to and from almost any destination in the world, with a few exceptions:
During the checkout process at Boticca, you can only select one shipping address. If you want to send items to different addresses, please place a separate order for each shipping address.

If you receive your order and you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked (this excludes customized and made-to-order pieces). To return your item, log in to your account and schedule a pickup with DHL. Once your order has been returned to the designer and the designer confirms it is in good condition, we’ll issue the refund to your account (minus the original shipping cost, if any).
For anything beyond 14 days of receipt, it is at the discretion of the designer to accept a return, exchange and/or refund. Simply contact the designer via your account or the website to see what arrangements can be made.
Per EU law, we do not offer refunds or returns on bespoke or personalized items.

On Boticca, you can leave a positive or negative feedback rating and comments for designers that you have purchased from. Feedback scores are the cumulative total of all the feedback ratings that a designer receives. Neutral feedback has no effect on overall ratings.
If you have an account on Boticca, you can find items awaiting your feedback by going to My Boticca>Leave Feedback. You have a window of 90 days following the transaction date to leave feedback. After that time, the ability to leave feedback expires. You can only leave feedback if you have an account, and you can only leave feedback for a product you have purchased.
It is possible you have simply left it too late, as all feedback must be left within 90 days of the order being placed. Alternatively, the seller may have cancelled the transaction, or you did not create a Boticca account when you purchased the piece. To leave feedback for a designer about a purchase, you need to create an account. It takes less than 30 seconds to create an account – all you need is an email address and a password.
If you have mistakenly left negative feedback or left positive feedback for the wrong person, you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve this issue.
Feedback can only be changed by mutual agreement between both parties. There are a few other instances in which Boticca reserves the right to remove feedback (such as racism, hateful messages etc.). Please see our terms and conditions for further details.
