Standard Policy across Boticca:
All Boticca designers without exception provide at minimum an exchange or a full refund (including the original shipping but excluding the return shipping) within 7 days of receipt of the piece if you are unhappy with your purchase, or if it has been damaged in transit. You will need to message the designer on Boticca within 7 days of receipt and the designer will provide you with instructions. Please note that bespoke or customised pieces cannot be refunded.
Additional designer return policy:
All items leave my studio after having been carefully inspected. Nevertheless, if an item arrives with a defect or is not what you expected and you haven't used it yet, you can ship it back.
IMPORTANT: contact me to get detailed instructions on how to ship it back, this is most important.
Shipping fees are non refundable.
Unclaimed EMS deliveries will be charged with the cost of it being sent back.
Unclaimed deliveries that needs to be re-shipped will be charged with additional shipping cost.
