Inspiration
This collection is based on process and repetition. When designing I'm excited by following a process without knowing how the finished piece will turn out.
Description
Designing this I was feeling a futuristic tribal influence. Polished steel chain frames the soft rubber of this 3-dimensional body piece. Experiment with ways to wear on the front or back. Finished with a distressed white texture this piece works equally well over loose fitting clothes or when wearing very little! Adjustable chains loop around and link up at the back and allow for a personal fit.
Dimension/Size
Chains are adjustable in length to fit all sizes, rubber section approx 20cm long.
Material Used
The main material is rubber reclaimed from bicycle inner tubes. The chain is stainless steel.
