All Boticca designers provide at minimum a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt of the piece if you are unhappy with your purchase, or if it has been damaged in transit. You will need to message the designer on Boticca within 7 days of receipt and the designer will provide you with instructions. Please note that bespoke or customised pieces cannot be refunded.

Returns and Exchanges may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it unworn and in its original packaging for a 100% refund (excluding shipping cost). On postage free return items, we request the buyer pays the postage. Please message us on Boticca.com within 24 hours upon receipt and we will provide you with return instructions.
