Beautiful large tribal earrings. Make a statement! Love them!
London, United Kingdom
Jewellery and travel are two things that I simply cannot live without. As a child I was always on the move, my father’s work taking us from place to place. Always learning and adapting to new situations, my passion for wanderlust is firmly routed in my childhood. My parents settled in Scotland and I went on to study Jewellery and Fashion at the prestigious Edinburgh College of Art.
With an insatiable passion for all things jewellery, I looked to the leading city for costume jewellery at the time, New York, and spent 7 years working the fast paced Big Apple life. Twenty years later, I now live a life split between London and Paris, my favourite cities of all. Paris – the fashion capital of the world and London a rainbow of different cultures. My passion for jewellery undiminished, I have founded Sweetlime, a brand which encompasses everything I love. Inspired by a world full of colour, tribal jewellery of cultures from around the globe never fail to excite me. The intensity, flair, and use of colour in their adornments are all an endless pool of reference. Seeking out elements and components on my worldwide treasure hunts,
I strive to bring together these traditionally crafted pieces from all four corners of the globe and give them a modern Sweetlime twist. Each unique design, lovingly made by hand, has a story of its own to tell.
