Inspiration
"Araf is the borderland between heaven and hell for those who are, from incapacity, neither morally bad nor morally good.
Araf is also a partition. Between hell and paradise there is a high wall, an a'raf. On this partition stand men who have escaped from hell but who are not (yet) permitted to enter paradise. They yearn to enter paradise, but their sins and virtues are evenly balanced."
The case shaped like uterine and cenin that is below the ring, represents existance and birth. The pregnant woman and the man who hold her belly, that is above the ring case, represents continuity of life and the fine line between death and life.
The half round shape on top of the ring represents "araf" and the amethyst stone symbolise heaven.
The hell which is the outer surface of the round and when the people who climb out of it, reach their wish, getting away from their sin, they attain the golden color of heaven from black pessimistic color of the hell and they go on their journey on the amethyst which is the fruit of the heaven.
Description
This is one of my master piece. It is absolutely handmade and there will be only 15 of them. Each of them will have unique number code on it.
