All Boticca designers provide at minimum a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt of the piece if you are unhappy with your purchase, or if it has been damaged in transit. You will need to message the designer on Boticca within 7 days of receipt and the designer will provide you with instructions. Please note that bespoke or customised pieces cannot be refunded.
A. You are eligible for a full refund for 7 days from the date of delivery of your order except for the situation at point B.
B. We do not offer refunds for bags that have been willingly or unwillingly damaged by you or third parties. Damage that is not eligible for any type of refunds include: piercing, scratching, cutting, burning, staining with all liquids, alteration provoked by inappropriate cleaning caused by chemical or mechanical agents.
C. We do not offer refunds for loses or stealing of your bag.
D. Should your bag have a major technical defect within 30 days from the date of delivery of your order, you are eligible for a substitution of the bag. Once the defect bag has been received at our address, the substitute one shall be delivered to you.
E. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (costs that are not refundable). When you receive a refund, the cost of the first shipping (since we offer the shipping) will be deducted from your refund.
F. If you are shipping an item over €70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
