When I arrived in Bali I was fascinated by local artisans who were crocheting traditional ornaments with long strings of metals using a forgotten ancient technique. I knew this was what I looked for to manifest my signature jewelry line using this ancient weaving method.
This meticulously crafted gold-plated oxidized brass ring is part of the Milena Zu’s recent swarovski beads collection. Unlike traditional beadwork where one bead is attached to another, for this ring hundreds of smallest beads were attached one by one to the mesh base using tiny metallic needles. This technique is allowing the beads to move and create magnetic sparkling effect (not visible on the photo). Each piece is unique.
Stretches a bit, therefore, will fit 17-18mm diameter (please, see Boticca ring size guide for more information)
