We like to carry with us memories of those we love wherever we go, whether it's in our hearts or in our minds. So why not in a ring?

Inspired by this desire to make memories more portable, I decided to create the We Were Here series. This sterling silver ring features a beautiful and very life-like texture reminiscent of the skin. When worn, it delicately wraps the finger in an embrace, staying close always.

This textured ring is customizable. I can create this ring using any texture you desire, popular requests include finger prints, palm prints, foot prints, etc. I will send you a simple printing-kit which will allow you to capture your desired texture. You will then be required to send this texture back to me so that I may use it to create your truly unique ring.

This ring is made to order in your size. Please allow some time for production prior to shipping.

Standard Policy across Boticca:
All Boticca designers provide at minimum a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt of the piece if you are unhappy with your purchase, or if it has been damaged in transit. You will need to message the designer on Boticca within 7 days of receipt and the designer will provide you with instructions. Please note that bespoke or customised pieces cannot be refunded.

All items are new and hand made by Michelle Oh in her studio in East London.

By purchasing you agree to accept these policy terms which are specific to this shop on Boticca.

MADE TO ORDER

When an item is made to order, it is being created especially for you in your size and / or specifications from scratch starting from the date of purchase. Production times vary; information should be supplied on each product description. Please get in touch if you have any questions regarding your made-to-order item.

Please only supply accurate ring sizes. Customers are responsible for supplying the correct sizes when ordering, the designer is not responsible for ill fit if the piece has been made to the ordered size.

UK, US or EU ring sizes are accepted. Measuring yourself with string or paper will not produce accurate ring sizes, whether in diameter or circumference. Please obtain your ring size from a jewellers' before ordering to avoid disappointment as most Made to Order pieces cannot be resized once made.

Due to the nature of hand made-to-order goods, please allow for slight differences in your piece to the one shown in my product listing images.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted on items marked as 'Ready to Ship'. Please return in original condition along with packaging within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, customers are responsible for the returns shipping arrangements.

Due to the nature of Made to Order goods, marked items are not eligible for returns. Please be sure of your own sizes before buying to avoid disappointment.

We want nothing more than to be able to make good products for happy customers. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch and we can come to an agreeable solution together.

Decisions for exchanges / refunds are made on a case by case basis at the discretion of the designer.

PRODUCT CARE / MAINTENANCE

Remove all jewellery before coming into contact with water, this includes swimming, bathing, washing up, etc. Store your jewellery in different containers according to type of metal to avoid oxidization. Avoid allowing contact between jewellery and perfume, lotions, other cosmetic products to avoid unpredictable / unwanted discolouration.
