Inspiration

I found the twig I used to cast this ring while taking a stroll in Victoria Park in the summer of 2010 with a loved one. I like to collect souvenirs from cherished moments, and preserve the precious memories attached by turning them into pieces of jewellery.

Description

Textured, sentimental and delicate, this lovely 9ct white gold twig solitaire is a great alternative to the 'standard' engagement ring, perfect for the non-standard fiancee-to-be.

A definite show stopper, it features a princess cut white sapphire measuring approx. 5x5mm set in 9ct white gold claws.

* WHITE SAPPHIRE INFO:
White sapphire is a colourless form of sapphire used in a wide range of jewellery as a diamond substitute due to its beautiful likeness in appearance.

Sapphires which are from the Corundum family rank only 2nd to diamonds on the MOH scale of hardness, so it is well suited to everyday wear and tear especially expected of wedding jewellery.

MADE TO ORDER

When an item is made to order, it is being created especially for you in your size and / or specifications from scratch starting from the date of purchase. Production times vary; information should be supplied on each product description. Please get in touch if you have any questions regarding your made-to-order item.

Please only supply accurate ring sizes. Customers are responsible for supplying the correct sizes when ordering, the designer is not responsible for ill fit if the piece has been made to the ordered size.

UK, US or EU ring sizes are accepted. Measuring yourself with string or paper will not produce accurate ring sizes, whether in diameter or circumference. Please obtain your ring size from a jewellers' before ordering to avoid disappointment as most Made to Order pieces cannot be resized once made.

Due to the nature of hand made-to-order goods, please allow for slight differences in your piece to the one shown in my product listing images.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted on items marked as 'Ready to Ship'. Please return in original condition along with packaging within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, customers are responsible for the returns shipping arrangements.

Due to the nature of Made to Order goods, marked items are not eligible for returns. Please be sure of your own sizes before buying to avoid disappointment.

We want nothing more than to be able to make good products for happy customers. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch and we can come to an agreeable solution together.

Decisions for exchanges / refunds are made on a case by case basis at the discretion of the designer.

PRODUCT CARE / MAINTENANCE

Remove all jewellery before coming into contact with water, this includes swimming, bathing, washing up, etc. Store your jewellery in different containers according to type of metal to avoid oxidization. Avoid allowing contact between jewellery and perfume, lotions, other cosmetic products to avoid unpredictable / unwanted discolouration.
