A graduate of «Ecole des Beaux Arts», Philippe Mermi began his career as Photo Editor at Hachette Filipacchi where he was involved in on and off-line versions of ELLE and a number of other women's lifestyle and fashion magazines.
He evolved from his experience at Hachette to become Artistic Director for the Web, specializing in luxury brands, and continued to pursue his passion for Photography, Graphics, Fashion and Contemporary Art.
His interesting history with lifestyle, fashion, luxury and the Arts has now inspired Philippe Mermi to create a line of fashion accessories.
For his first collection, Philippe worked on vintage photographs, enhanced with vibrant colors. He designed a joyful, meaningful and luxury fashion. Each scarf provides unforgettable moments, full of humor, that rekindle fond memories. Each scarf is printed and hand-finished in the famous silk factories of Lyon.
