Standard Policy across Boticca:
All Boticca designers provide at minimum a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt of the piece if you are unhappy with your purchase, or if it has been damaged in transit. You will need to message the designer on Boticca within 7 days of receipt and the designer will provide you with instructions. Please note that bespoke or customised pieces cannot be refunded.

Returns and Exchanges may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it unworn and in its original packaging. Please message me on Boticca.com within 7 days of receipt and I will provide you with return instructions.

- items must be returned in their original condition, new, unused, unworn and with all the original tags still attached where appropriate;
- items must be returned in their original, undamaged box (“mdgraphy” box), with labels still attached where appropriate, as this is considered part of the product;
- items must be returned accompanied by the official documentation (original receipt).
- you must keep a proof of return shipment, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. terms & conditions MDGRAPHY will not be responsible or liable if any item you wish to return is lost, misdirected or delivered late as you have to bear the risks of the shipping method that you choose. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of merchandise that is not received in the above-specified conditions. In particular, we strictly do not accept any item with any indication that it was worn or used. In such cases the item will be returned to the purchaser. terms & conditions MDGRAPHY has sole discretion in determining whether the products are in original condition when returned.
TAXES
All prices exclude any applicable taxes, duties, and levies, for extra-EU countries.
Prices are shown inclusive of Italy - vat (IVA) at the prevailing rate (21% rating). If you order items for delivery outside Italy, they may be subject to import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, and they remain the responsibility of the customer.
