The Luna necklaces are strongly inspired by the geometric shapes of the jewellery of the 1960' and the designs of a couture legend: Madame Grès.
These necklaces are part of the maria-xuan winter 2011 "geometric" collection, which reflects a wish to add structure and colour to my jewellery.
The necklaces are made of 7 pieces of natural horn among which 2 are lacquered with gold leafs. This model also exist with 2 horn pieces lacquered in red, orange or turquoise on request. The gold-filled chain is 42cm long and closes with a gold-filled spring clasp.
These necklaces are a beautiful match to the Luna earrings, which also exist with orange, red or gold leaf lacquer.
