Standard Policy across Boticca:
All Boticca designers provide at minimum a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt of the piece if you are unhappy with your purchase, or if it has been damaged in transit. You will need to message the designer on Boticca within 7 days of receipt and the designer will provide you with instructions. Please note that bespoke or customised pieces cannot be refunded.
Additional designer return policy:
As all pieces are individually handcrafted and custom made for each order, all sales are FINAL unless damaged during shipment. Returns and Exchanges for items damaged during shipment must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order and are required to be returned unworn and in its original packaging.
