With my designs, I invite everyone to make their own interpretation of my designs, by looking at the intricate patterns I create, it's an invitation to get closer to your innerself. I create abstract sculptures made of the most delicate and fragile objects I collect. The objects are then sealed in time by being photographed. This approach led me to question the fragility and the ephemerality of life itself, tightening the relationship between fashion and art even further.
Most of the designs were created at my summer house in France, in my apartment in Paris and from the spur of my travels around the world, mainly in Japan. For my first collection of silk scarves and bow ties, I present a set of vibrant, sophisticated and edgy designs. Using a very distinctive and rich palette of colours and shapes, the designs are striking by their beauty whilst keeping a sense of mystery and darkness.
