The Story
The creative force behind LeiVanKash Jewellery is London-based designer Leila Kashanipour.After graduating with a BA in jewellery Design in 2009 from the prestigious Central Saint Martins, Leila went on to complete her Diploma in Diamond Grading by attending London's Gemological Institute of America (GIA).She worked for jewellery giants Suzanne Syz in Geneva, Asprey and the great Stephen Webster in London, before deciding to launch LeiVanKash Jewellery in 2011.
The brand's eclectic yet elegant influences of Leila's bountiful Persian heritage, her love of 70's style, glam rock & and mystical traits of the natural world have drawn a cult following of celebrities such as Olivia Palermo, Florence Welch, Alexandra Burke and Pixie Lott.Leila has appeared on BBC, BBC Persia, Reuters as well as featured in publications such as The Financial Times, Vogue, Elle, Tatler and Harper's Bazaar.Follow Leila on Twitter @LeiVanKash

The ring was too big. My girlfriend really liked the design, but she said it was too awkward to wear it. So, took it to the jeweler, and they cut off the ring and placed a clasp on it, and I turned it into a necklace. I had the jeweler drill out a hole in the handle and insert a 1 carot tanzanite stone. It's really cool! So, nice necklace. Not so nice ring. Brad
