Standard Policy across Boticca:
All Boticca designers without exception provide at minimum an exchange or a full refund (including the original shipping but excluding the return shipping) within 7 days of receipt of the piece if you are unhappy with your purchase, or if it has been damaged in transit. You will need to message the designer on Boticca within 7 days of receipt and the designer will provide you with instructions. Please note that bespoke or customised pieces cannot be refunded.

As soon as as I recieve your order I will start working on it and it shall be ready for shipment within 2-3 working days.
All pieces are made to order.
International Air Mair Secured and Valued Shipemnt is FREE.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you order a ring please be sure of the right size you want. In the case of inaccurate goods please contact me immediately. I will try to sort it out right away (If a customer requires an exchange he/she will be charged shipment costs).
Pieces custom made/ made on special orders /requirments will not be refunded.
