This long feather ring is cast from an actual feather using a method similar to an old jewelry technique called lost wax casting. The feather burns away and molten metal is injected into the hollow space. The feather sits elegantly in a horizontal position across your fingers, as if the feather had just landed there. The ring is treated with an oxidized finish to give it an aged effect.
