Inspiration

As I child I remember the "helicopters" falling down from the big maple tree in my backyard. After I made this pendant I also learned another nickname for the sycamore pod, "Whirligig".

Description

This bronze pendant is cast from a actual sycamore pod based on a old casting technique called 'Lost Wax Casting'.

Dimension/Size

This piece comes on a 18" gold plated fine curb chain. The pendant width is 6.4 cm and the height is 4 cm.{Packaging}The piece comes in a 'Justine Brooks' branded gift tin.** I also make this piece in silver.
