People often ask me, “What does J A C C O mean?" It's been my nickname since I was 10 years old!
J A C C O is the name of a small fish in Japan, where I grew up.
After studying contemporary art and sculpture, I left Japan at the age of 18.
I lived in Shanghai and Vienna before finally moving to Paris with a tiny travel bag.
Over 10 years I collaborated with major French fashion houses as a handbag and shoe designer.
In 2010, I launched J A C C O.
I wanted to turn a new page and do something I had never done before... so I chose jewelry.
Every collection is based on a specific story with a conceptual background.
J A C C O's creations are joyful and elegant... and sometimes unusual.
