I'm really unhappy. First of all it took you quite long to ship my order and then the order was packed at the customs and you didn't got back to my e-Mail where I was asking for a official receipt. Everything was very complicated. Because without receipt and order confirmation I couldn't get the parcel from the customs. And now the parcel with my order was send back to HK!
