Please message us for return mailing instructions within 7 days of receiving your order. Your return must be sent via trackable & insured mail. Gioielli By Nikki Baker cannot be responsible for items lost/mishandled in return shipping. Once we have received the returned item, you will be refunded.

Credit will not be issued for incomplete returns such as pendants, single earrings, or necklaces without pendants. Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.
