All Boticca designers provide at minimum a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt of the piece if you are unhappy with your purchase, or if it has been damaged in transit. You will need to message the designer on Boticca within 7 days of receipt and the designer will provide you with instructions. Please note that bespoke or customised pieces cannot be refunded.

1. Where do you deliver?
Flashy era offers shipping worldwide and these options will be selected at checkout.
2. When will I receive my order?
If you check EMS- Shipping method is EMS very safety international shipping system and you can track your parcel with tracking number and the cost about $22.
Taking time- about 4-5 working days *These dates are subject to customs clearance, technical issues with flights and weather delays.
All orders are dependent on stock availability and when in the day the order is placed. We aim to dispatch all customer orders within 48 hours, with the exception of sale periods and other busy times when order dispatch may take up to 3 days. Estimated delivery times are an estimate only and commence from dispatch date. All orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays.
3. Do you operate Refunds and Exchanges?
Flashy era will refund you fully for your online order minus the shipping cost if the goods are returned to us within 7 working days from the time the goods are received. Please note that goods will not be refunded if they are not found to be in the same condition and packaging as sent.

All international returns must be delivered by a carrier with tracking capabilities and ensured to the value of the goods. Items lost in transit without tracking capabilities or insurance will not be refunded.
