V. Sabrina’s designers create wearable tributes to the age of discovery, capturing the sense of wonder and awe experienced by European explorers heading to uncharted territories. Each item is kept in a carefully-constructed catalogue box, so you can keep your growing collection of specimens organized. V. Sabrina’s collection conjures dreams of ancient, dusty libraries brimming with stories just waiting to be discovered.
Every ALVA-NORGE scarf is like a postcard from Norway. Designer Rags Totland was raised in a fjord in Norway, where the breathtaking landscape fed her wild imagination. Her dreams of fairy tale forests and magic animals have stayed with her and inspired her scarves. Every one features exquisite, kaleidoscopic images of Norwegian landscapes, majestic animals, delicate bird feathers and other creatures that populate the forests of her childhood fantasies. With a color palette inspired by this beautiful landscape, these scarves tell the stories of her homeland.
Ina Kent’s contemporary bags are made for braving concrete jungles. Designer Ina is thoughtful and innovative – she is always thinking about how her bags will fit into her customers’ lives. Carabiner clips and soft straps allow you to turn your shoulder bag into a backpack or clutch in a snap, allowing you to change your bag to fit your daily needs. When a bag holds your precious belongings, travels with you, lives with you every day, Ina believes it can tell a story about your life. We couldn’t agree more.
There is a delightful darkness to Cabbage Is King, a jewelry line created by Greig Alderman. With exquisite craftsmanship and attention to detail, Greig creates objects that are brimming with meaning. Inspired by everything from myths about animals to Lewis Carroll tales like “The Walrus and the Carpenter,” Greig’s creations have intriguing and unusual stories. The Metamorphosis of Swine-Man brooch makes a bold statement about capitalism and conspicuous consumption, while Space Cat draws on an origin myth about felines, imagining them as alien invaders.
