Stunning scarf and my mum loved it! Thank you
Young Textile Designer stemming from the ESAAT (Superior school of Decorative arts and
the Textile ( in Roubaix ) and of the ESAA DUPERRE (Superior school of Decorative arts
in Paris) lives and works in Paris. The first collection of scarves of the creator Esther Bonté arose from her experience in the
USA. Left to the discovery of a new country and especially a myth : Las Vegas. Of return in France she has the idea to combine this very rich experience with her passion for silk squares.
It is from there everything is clear, Esther Bonté creates the collection of scarfs on this legendary city declined in 6 black and white drawings. Two possibilities of carrying the same handwritting. All in all, a collection of 12 timeless scarfs to be carried winter as summer. She chose to treat Las Vegas as a « trompe-l’oeil » city which denounces a duality Paradise / Hell. She uses the digital printing as tool of impression for her scarves. A technique rapidly expanding, which allows her to push even farther the delicacy of her line and the detail of her representations. Esther Bonté is worried of producing her creations in France and entrusts the printing and the finish of her scarves to a company specialized in the textile printing situated in Lyon. The packaging is made to measure in Paris in a company high range.Read less
