Standard Policy across Boticca:
All Boticca designers provide at minimum a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt of the piece if you are unhappy with your purchase, or if it has been damaged in transit. You will need to message the designer on Boticca within 7 days of receipt and the designer will provide you with instructions. Please note that bespoke or customised pieces cannot be refunded.

GENERAL: All Items are new never sold . We go to extreme quality control to have accurate descriptions. All Jewelry is authentic.
RETURN POLICY: Due to Store Rules we do not offer Store Returns, only Store Exchange.
You have seven days to request an Exchange by email or phone. Items must not be tampered with, damaged, or switched. They have to be in same condition as we shipped before. Customer is responsible for exchange shipping, unless we made a listing error.
SHIPPING: We ship UPS, if it is in USA. We ship regular Postal Service, plus insurance outside the USA.
Additionally, P.O. Box address, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.
