Inspiration
Ruby is associated with royalty and the power of life and death. It is a gemstone with a strong symbolism derived from its defining color; ruby is for red, for blood and fire, a fundamental symbol of vitality, expansivety and passion.
During antiquity ruby was considered to bring happiness, while in more recent times confidence, strength and good fortune were attributed to its wearing on the left hand.
Ruby is astrologically associated with planets Mars and Pluto, being the birthstone for July and of the complementary signs Capricorn and Cancer. Its properties are enhanced for every sign if worn on Tuesday, the day of Mars.
Description
The bracelet is handmade by myself; each ruby bead was wrapped in gold-filled wire.
The sliding knots finished with small gold-filled tubes allow the bracelet length adjustment. You may chose to slide both of them and to wear the bracelet with both knots on its back side or to adjust its length by sliding only one knot while bringing and keeping the other knot fix near the beaded chain and so changing the design.
The bracelet arrives in a sand color satin pouch made by myself. A certificate of authenticity and care instructions are included.

Material Used
Ruby beads, 14k/20 gold-filled wire and free sliding corrugated bead, black matte water-resistant cord of 0.75 mm thickness.
Please note that the gold-filled wire and findings I use are made in the USA, they contain 5% 14k gold which ensures a significantly longer durability (up to 30 years) even in comparison with the heavy gold plated items and they are nickel free (non-allergenic).
