Standard Policy across Boticca:
All Boticca designers without exception provide at minimum an exchange or a full refund (including the original shipping but excluding the return shipping) within 7 days of receipt of the piece if you are unhappy with your purchase, or if it has been damaged in transit. You will need to message the designer on Boticca within 7 days of receipt and the designer will provide you with instructions. Please note that bespoke or customised pieces cannot be refunded.
Additional designer return policy:
Your satisfaction with the purchased jewelry is very important to me. It nurtures my work. Therefore, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it unworn and in its original condition and packaging. You may choose to exchange it for a different one or to be refunded within 30 calendar days as from its receipt. Please message me on Boticca.com within 30 calendar days as from receipt of the jewelry, and I will provide you with return instructions.
Please be informed that the shipping of a returned/exchanged piece is on your cost. The original shipping costs will be refunded only in the situation the item was sent in error or faulty and provided you notify me regarding this by a message on Boticca.com within 7 days of receipt. The shipping insurance for a returned/exchanged piece is optional but on your own risk; I cannot be held responsible if the returned item is lost or damaged in transit, so you agree I will not due your refund in this situation.
If the jewelry arrives damaged, please immediately contact me on Boticca.com with respect to this situation and I will resend you an identical jewelry or another jewelry chosen by you if I do not have on stock the same jewelry/materials to make it within a timeframe convenient to you.
I kindly ask you to check your correct size before placing an order. If you are not sure about that or you want to see more detailed pictures please message me on Boticca.com and I'll be very happy to help you! I will always send the exact size requested by the client and I am not responsible for any inconvenience arisen by the client’s size misrepresentation.
