Ann-Marie Faulkner Millinery
Ann-Marie Faulkner combines both contemporary and innovative textile designs with traditional British Millinery techniques to produce wearable headpieces. She studied millinery with the Queen Mother’s former milliner, Rose Cory and uniquely translates her retro/Middle Eastern inspired knitted patterns into beautifully crafted, hand blocked hats.
STRING THEORY
The String Theory is a partnership between two Canadian Textile Designers who are inspired by the math and physics behind individual yarn properties and the theory that our world is made up of vibrating strings. Stunning scarves and shawls are created from the patterns that occur during this process using the finest materials such as baby alpaca and merino wool.
