This design is based on a traditional Senegalese rings. They use it for enclosing amulets, most often a piece of paper with a part from the Coran. It is not a "poisen ring" in sense that you can't open and close it whenever you want: you place inside your choosen object and then you put a bit of glue around the plug and it will stay there with you forever. The only way to remove it is to burn it in fire so you destroy the glue and the labradorite gem. It will be waterproof too. So mind, what you put inside!! :)
Inside of the ring band there is my eye mark.
This piece is an improved, experimental version of my more simple "Senegalese" ring.
