Standard Policy across Boticca:
All Boticca designers without exception provide at minimum an exchange or a full refund (including the original shipping but excluding the return shipping) within 7 days of receipt of the piece if you are unhappy with your purchase, or if it has been damaged in transit. You will need to message the designer on Boticca within 7 days of receipt and the designer will provide you with instructions. Please note that bespoke or customised pieces cannot be refunded.

Shipments are made within 2 working days after payment is received for 'READY TO SHIP' products, and custom order products including orders made to size will be prepared and shipped to you according to the guidance on the listing page of each product.
We cannot be held responsible for delay or lost parcels in the delivery services operated by the third party (Royal Mail Ltd).
The shipping cost listed with each of my products is a reliable service provided by Royal Mail Ltd in order to deliver your order smoothly and safely. However please choose the options without tracking and/or insurance at your own responsibility - We are not able to compensate for the delay or loss of the parcel.
