Inspiration

CROWN is a contemporary 14K white gold engagement ring that matches in a sophisticated way the lunar charm of a white pearl with the strong personality of a top quality blue sapphire.
It was inspired by the desire to transfer my love for freedom to jewels, avoiding settings which forbid the contact of pearls with the skin.
This ring puts in reality these concepts with grace and an innovative design.

Description

CUSTOMIZATION
The same design can be made in 18k gold.
It is available in white gold or yellow gold.
The ring is available with a large selection of diamonds and colored gemstones (it is shown in the second picture with a diamond).
We'll be happy to work with you to customize the ring to your preferences. Please feel free to contact us for additional information and quotes.

PREPARATION, PACKAGING AND SHIPPING
Each ring is custom made to order. Please allow us 10-20 days to create it for you.
The ring is sent beautifully gift-wrapped.

We ship worldwide. FREE SHIPPING is via courier company, door-to-door express, insured service. Delivery times are 2-5 days.

RING SIZE
We custom make each ring to your size. We work with half and quarter sizes as well. Please choose your ring size on checkout.
The price is for ring sizes up to 8US. There's a small additional charge for larger sizes.

PEARL
We love pearls and work with all types of cultured pearls: freshwater, seawater and akoya. We select our pearls one by one, carefully examining their color, luster, shape and surface cleanliness.
The pearl in this ring is a high quality freshwater white pearl, perfectly round, diameter 7.5 mm (0.3"). It is firmly connected to the ring with a pin.

Standard Policy across Boticca:
All Boticca designers provide at minimum a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt of the piece if you are unhappy with your purchase, or if it has been damaged in transit. You will need to message the designer on Boticca within 7 days of receipt and the designer will provide you with instructions. Please note that bespoke or customised pieces cannot be refunded.

Additional designer return policy:

If you wish to return your purchase for a return or exchange, contact us by email to info@aroshataglia.com or send us a message within 7 days of receiving your purchase. If there is no contact within 7 days of delivery date refunds will not be accepted.

We will accept merchandise in its original condition for a full refund/exchange. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.

Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Shipping fees are non refundable.

Items produced specifically on request and custom-sized rings are non refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund or exchange and a notification will be sent once the return/exchange has been processed.

We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that the customer request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Shipping charges for any returned item(s) are the client’s responsibility.

We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in our sole discretion.
