This scarf forms part of my signature 'fur' collection, and depicts a narrow mink fur stole. The original is a pen and ink drawing.
A featherlight, extralong skinny scarf, made of lightweight silk satin. The colour is black with a light gold 'hairs' print, it also exists in a shimmery light grey brown with black print.
It can be worn in many different ways - long and floating with a dress, or tied into bows on a blouse, wound around the neck multiple times with a leather jacket, as a delicate belt on a dress, or as a hairpiece... depending on the styling it can add a touch of 1920's Flapper elegance.
ca. 200 cm x 7 cm, comes in custom gift box
Acid dye print onto lightweight 100% silk satin, doubled up. The silk has a sublte sheen to it, not unlike mink fur.
Acid dyes produce vibrant colours on silk, and the black is truly black.
