All Boticca designers provide at minimum a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt of the piece if you are unhappy with your purchase, or if it has been damaged in transit. You will need to message the designer on Boticca within 7 days of receipt and the designer will provide you with instructions. Please note that bespoke or customised pieces cannot be refunded.

All sales are final. Item can only be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value, within seven days of receipt. No refunds. If you would like more detailed photos and descriptions before you commit to your purchase, please send me a request. Also, because of international shipping from New York, please allow two to three weeks for delivery. Domestic orders will ship in 5-7 business days after order.
